How long does it take to make a piece of clothing?

The standard delivery time of clothes with your own printing is between 3 - 8 weeks depending on the type of the order and season. Exceptionally we are also able to deliver goods within a few days. We can promise you shorter delivery times at the beginning of the year (January to March) and in the spring and autumn, they usually take a bit longer.  Please note that we are closed for holidays at the turn of July and August. The delivery time is counted from the moment we receive the advance payment and confirmation of the clothes' graphic design. The above times do not apply to the catalogue clothes which are without individual printing. We are usually ready to ship the catalogue clothes within 2-3 days.

How much do I pay for the clothes?

We can provide you with a price calculation for clothes with your own inscription, as well as information about manufacturing and delivery times. Please email us your requests at vaclav@atexsport.cz, and we will send you the details. If you prefer to speak to us directly, you can contact us using the phone numbers advertised on our website.

Please note that the price offer depends on the number of pieces you order, so please consider this carefully when placing your order.

What are the terms of payment?

After you confirm our calculation, we will ask you to pay 50% of the whole price and the rest at the moment of delivery (cash on delivery). Payment must be made to our bank account at FIO bank, a.s. or our cryptocurrency account at CONFIRMO LTD.

What format do I have to provide my graphic design in?

Logo or design that you wish to have on your clothes is necessary to bring in a form of curves (vectors) which are formats such as PDF, CDR, AI and EPS. If you only have screened pictures in files JPG, BMP or GIF – send them for us to review them. In the last, we can use them too. However, these formats mean lower quality of the displayed logo and may also mean additional costs in case we have to redraw it.

Other information concerning design: writing has to be laid out in curves, graphics processed in Adobe Photoshop and saved in PSD format. Downloaded pictures from web pages are usually unsuitable due to their small size.

How do I get my clothes?

We ship finished clothes to EU countries using DPD, DHL or FedEx delivery services. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our locations in Brno, Jesenik or Poprad.
